Overview
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with a Neversecond product you have purchased, please contact us at info@never2.ca and provide your name and order number. In the event that we issue a refund, the refund process takes 2-3 weeks to complete. We will charge a restocking fee of $15.00 per return, plus cost of outbound shipping as applicable. We cannot accept return of any products which have been opened or used.
Neversecond reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase and to deny refund requests at our sole discretion in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
Our Policy on Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@never2.ca.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@never2.ca.
