P30 Recovery Drink Mix

Our P30 Recovery Drink Mix is formulated using 87% whey protein isolate. Each serving delivers 30g of high-quality protein and 15g of essential amino acids to help support lean muscle growth and maintenance. Each serving also contains 3.5g of Leucine, increasing the muscle protein synthesis rate. P30 is a “pure protein source” that delivers high-quality protein with very low fat and carbohydrate.

Made in a facility that also processes milk, soy, eggs and coconut.

Usage Instructions

Mix 40g (2 level measuring scoops) with 250mL water and shake well until powder has completely dissolved. We recommend using a protein shaker to minimize clumping.
